+ How are the classes set up?

Each section is clearly labeled by tasks. These are lectures with short, downloadable videos and sometimes other helpful items that show you exactly how to do a specific task. Think of this course as a reference tool. You don't have to sit through an hour lecture to get the one piece of information you were looking for.

+ What is the best way to take the course?

If you have access to a second computer or second screen, take the classes on it, and log into your QuickBooks Online program or the QBO Test Drive and follow along with the class. If you only have one screen, but have a Window 10 operating system, you can designate 1/2 the screen to the class and 1/2 to your QBO. The other option is to open two different tabs on your browser so you can easily flip between the course and your system. You can also watch the videos on your phone or other mobile device. Hands on experience always works best!

+ When does the course start and finish?

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course. You decide when you start and when you finish.

+ How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.

+ What if I decide to use QuickBooks Desktop instead?

Not to worry. Just shoot me an email at [email protected] and let me know. I'll enroll you in the Desktop class instead.

+ What if I am unhappy with the course?

+ I've already got QuickBooks set up. Do I need all three courses in the bundle?

You may or may not. The nice thing about the first course is that it includes short videos that explain each type of transaction in QuickBooks. So if you forget how to set up an invoice for a donor, just find that video and watch it. Your course is good for only one person watching at a time, but it can be used by anyone in your organization. So if you are headed off on vacation, let your replacement have access to this class to save him/her having to call you! And with the bundle, you get three classes for the price of two.

+ How do the monthly payments work?

If you choose the three monthly payments offer, your credit card will be charged $150 each month.

+ Does it matter which browser I use?

The videos will play on any browser and on most mobile devices. However, I recommend Chrome because it works best with QuickBooks Online. Some browsers (specifically Microsoft Edge) don't seem to like the PDFs, so if they don't seem to be working, just log into another browser.
